Make Tech Work For You .
Stop wasting time and money on technology that does not fit how your organization works.
Is your technology making work harder than it should be?
If so, you may be experiencing the following symptoms:
IF LEFT UNRESOLVED
These symptoms can lead to:
Wasted Spend
Manual Workarounds
Disconnected Systems
Poor Adoption
Before you invest in more technology, automation, or AI, get clear on what is actually not working. We help identify the business-side gaps behind the tech — from workflows and data to decisions, ownership, handoffs, and adoption — so your next investment solves the right problem.
WHAT WE DO
Our TechSuite of services helps small businesses turn technology frustration into operational clarity. We look beyond the tool to understand how your systems, workflows, data, people, and decisions work together — so you can fix what is not working, choose better solutions, automate wisely, and use AI only where it can create real value.
TECHPULSE
A focused technology assessment
A focused review of one tech or workflow issue so you know what to fix next.
TECHVIEW
Strategic technology roadmap
A practical roadmap for better systems, smoother workflows, cleaner data, and smarter automation.
TECHWORK
Business-side build support
We build automations, integrations, AI tools, dashboards, and workflows that reduce manual work.
TECHCARE
Ongoing technology support service
Ongoing support to manage, improve, and update the tech solutions we build for you.
Technology works best when the business conditions behind it are clear. We help you understand what is slowing work down, choose the right next step, and put the right tools, workflows, and support in place.
STEP 3:
MAKE TECH WORK IN PRACTICE
OUR approach
Choosing new software is easier when you understand what your organization actually needs. We help leaders clarify the workflows, data needs, decision criteria, ownership, and operating requirements that should guide a software decision before money is spent.
Doing More Is Not the Same as Working Better
Your business may not be standing still. It may be doing too much — adding tools, creating workarounds, layering on manual steps, and making disconnected decisions. TechSuite helps you sort through the noise, find what is creating friction, and make technology, automation, and AI work in a way your team can actually use.
about
180 Management Group helps small and mid-sized organizations make technology work better in practice. We help teams understand what is creating friction, choose the right next step, and put the right workflows, automations, integrations, AI tools, dashboards, and support in place.
We focus on the business-side conditions technology depends on: clear workflows, reliable data, role clarity, decision-making, ownership, governance, adoption, reporting, and ongoing support.
Our work is especially relevant for healthcare, community development, community finance, membership associations, PEOs and HR service organizations, and professional services firms — as well as other organizations where connected systems, reliable data, sound decisions, and well-fit technology are essential to how work gets done.
